The process of change is difficult. CPC works with clients everyday who have struggled for years to overcome ingrained patterns. It is frustrating to take one step forward and two steps back. It is natural to encounter obstacles in trying to change. Our tested philosophy and approach to change has helped hundreds of clients.
CPC has several fundamental beliefs in people:
- People want to be happy and fulfilled.
- There are several basic factors that make a person happy and fulfilled, but they are not all the same factors for each person.
- People can and will change, if they make a conscious decision to work at improving themselves.
- There is no one size fits all approach to change, everyone is different.
- No one wants to waste time on unproductive efforts.
THE CPC EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM
The CPC executive coaching program follows several steps:
- Develop measurable goals and a plan of action.
- Schedule and facilitate customized coaching sessions.
- Review assignments, feedback, advice, and direction
- Offer check-ins between sessions, as needed
